Located inside of Staten island mall on the 2nd floor. Near the chase ATMS. I bought two drinks, creme burle and cappuccino.... They were both great tasting. Customer service was great. They even brought my drinks to my table. I sat inside for about20mins, they have a small sitting area to enjoy snacks and drinks. Prices are fair. Read more
I always used to come here when I lived in Staten Island, and I still do whenever I visit to get my eyebrows done a few stores... down. They always have great coffee and the girls there who service the place are very friendly and kind. I always meant toleave a review after the countless times I've been there. I think they are even better than Starbucks, and always come out withnew, delicious, and colorful ideas that beat Pumpkin Spice whatever any day of the week. Gloria Jean's Coffee is a great coffee shop! The delicious and rich tasting coffee, that certainly wakes you up, and the nice... customer service really create a wonderful experience. I ordered a caramel cappuccino with hazelnut, which I 100% recommend ifyou like sweet coffee like me. The staff was patient with helping me decide what I would like since this was my first timethere. They did not pressure me into choosing something quickly. Overall, I had a great experience with Gloria Jean's Coffee andwill surely be going there again soon. Read more
