I had an issue at this place,this was the first time this happened to me at this place, when I had ordered a grilled chicken... hero and I requested for it to be lightly cooked but it came out very well done and dark,I asked the store owner about my ordersaying that I requested it to be lightly cooked, and that it came out dark,it was lightly cooked in the past and it didn\'t lookdark in the past when I\'ve ordered from this place, in the past ,so when Ive ordered a grilled chicken hero,when I ordered fromthere and I was surprised by how well done it came out, and it looked dark, and I really wanted an exchange but he wasntaccomanding at all ,he said it was cooked lightly, and that if it was cooked lighter it would have been raw meat,I definitelydidn\'t want raw meat,and when I asked if I can exchange it for a meatball hero he refused and I had to keep the chicken hero ,Ididn\'t want to lose my money,but I don\'t plan on ordering anything from there again due to what happened with my order.
