This is by far the worst McDonald?s on Staten Island. From the attitudes from the staff to the food - just horrible. How do you... send out a burnt biscuit on an order. If you made this, you saw it was burnt, you still sent it out. Then these people have theaudacity to DEMAND more money in wages. I am a breakfast customer 2-3 times a week. The staff is hard working and polite, and the coffee is delicious. The food is good,... and the dining area and tables are always being cleaned. My only issue is with the electronic kiosks that are provided for selfservice. All four (4) machines need a software tuneup. Sometimes a receipt is provided, sometimes not. The system, (whenworking properly), allows you to enter a number for table service, but often the transaction is complete before you can use thekeypad. I gently mentioned this to a supervisor, but all I got was a blank look from her. These are easy problems to correctthat would eliminate a great deal of frustration. Read more

I ordered at the drive through : 2 happy meals , 1 6pc nugget , a double cheese burger with Mac sauce and a coke . I received 2... happy meals and 2 cheeseburgers . 20$ for not my order .
