During my visit, I had to wait 20 minutes for the cashier, as he was constantly on the phone. After his long phone call, I... finally thought I could place my order. But no! Despite my long waiting time, the cashier suddenly started counting money fromthe cash register. After another 5 minutes, I unfortunately had to leave the store due to lack of time. Behind the counter therewere also 6 other employees who had nothing better to do and still did not take our order. As a German, such an inefficiency ofwork force disturbs me. Read more
The terrible service caused us to walk out. The cashier was on the phone for 15 minutes and then proceeded to count cash while... we waited for him to NOT take our order. We were excited to try this place and he ruined it for us. The longer you keepinattentive and rude employees the more bad reviews you will have coming your way. Read more
Place is super cute,staff is very friendly. I ordered smoked salmon sandwich here and it was only 1 layer of smoked salmon in it... and even the cream cheese was only spread for one side of bagel. So it was very thin and leas filling inside for over $13 bagelsandwich. I also tried iced chai latte and iced americano they were totally garbage couldn?t even get 3rd sip. Got a chocolatecroissant and it was literally packaged croissant taste from store.So everything was super over priced for their item qualityand taste comparison. I highly wouldn?t recommend.
