Usually the food I get is good, but I ordered the chicken cutlet tray special that comes with mashed potatoes and gravy. I was... really looking forward to the mashed potatoes but I couldn't eat them, all I could taste I was what I think was pecorino. CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD ORDERS! I used to order from Towne Deli regularly, but back in March I had some issues with unauthorized... tips being added to my credit card after giving the delivery driver a tip in cash. I had called and spoke to the "manager" whodismissed my concerns and basically told me I had to be making an error even though I had email confirmations to prove myclaims. I had stopped ordering for about 6 months but decided to give them another shot last week. In my latest experience, Igave the driver a cash tip and an additional $9 that was not authorized was added to my card. I am done with this place. If itis happening to me, it is happening to you too. We catered food for our Daughter's 1st birthday three years ago. It was excellent. We ordered from there again for another... family event recently and I am happy to report the food was still amazing. You have to appreciate a business that appreciatestheir customers and has pride in the quality of product that they provide.
