Incredibly disappointed with my experience this afternoon. I went into and ordered 2 meal items, a flatbread and a salad. There... were 5 people behind the counter but only two were working (on the smoothie side). The other 3 were chatting. I waited for 5minutes before the girl even started to prepare my food. Then she took about 6 tickets all at the same time and prepared themtogether. It was 15 minutes before I got my 2 food items. When I opened my food, I found a salad without any dressing on it orsent with it. Incredibly disappointed in the service here today, as I have found the food enjoyable here in the past. I never tried this restaurant until today and ordered through a delivery app. When I received my delivery I noticed half my... order was missing! The Flatbread chicken club sandwich was ok but kind of small and not very filling. The mango smoothie waspretty good though. I'd only previously tried Tropical Smoothie Cafe out in Florida, years ago, but I was hooked. Learning that there was one here... was great news. We've been relying on it quite often for lunch, as we've been in the area quite often. The smoothie selection isquite impressive, as are the selections of wraps, sandwiches, flatbreads and quesadillas. We've tried an assortment of smoothiesfrom the menu and they are always delicious. The food selection is always great, as well. I prefer the quesadillas, mostrecently, because they put them on the grill and you're guaranteed a hot quesadilla with melted cheese. The fruity smoothies aremy go-to, though I try a different flavor every time we visit. The staff is friendly and they work hard to get your food to youquickly, which is greatly appreciated. Read more
