Went to BR and it was awful. Girl behind the counter didn?t know how to make a banana split or a sundae. Had to go ask for help,... which was fine, but no one ever came to take our order. In the time that we were waiting (about 10 minutes), the girl thatoriginally came to help us scratched her head multiple times, dug in her ear and rubbed her nose, all with the gloves that shehad on when we walked in the store.
