Placed a mobile order on Friday when we got off work. It was crowded when we got there. When we finally got up to the counter... (after they got thru taking pictures of themselves, mind you very crowded) they didn't have order ready. When your that crowded,the picture taking CAN wait. There was other people standing there waiting for parts of their orders missing. This is THE WORSTI've ever seen that place. And they had two people up front, 2 in back, 1 on drive thru. The customer service here majority of the times is a joke. " What do you want ? " kidding me. Half the time either out of... something or maintenence issues. One of the worst experiences we've had at a Burger King, out of items, extremely slow, and the woman at the window was rude.... Burgers were old, cold AND burnt. Prices seem high for a fast food place too being $26 for two small combos. Read more
Arrived at Burger King to go inside and seat. There were four tables already seated and three parties in line. We walked in... the door and the cashier abruptly stayed ?We?re closed.? I gave a confused look as there were people ordering and seatedeating. A lady from the back came up and said they weren?t closing, they were just switching to drive through only. This is one of the worst Burger Kings there is. I am a Dasher for doordash and a delivery driver for Uber eats so I get a lot of... orders from these restaurants and this Burger King is the absolute worst of all the restaurants in Iredell County for gettingyour food wrong and half the time you don't even get what you ordered. I have had to call customer support more times with thisBurger King then all the other restaurants combined just because they refuse to make the food.
