This is gonna be long but the goal is to help future prospective clients looking into this venue. ???? SCC was a really... beautiful venue for a wedding, they have really good food too (would come here again and again for their food), they have veryfriendly and efficient kitchen staff, they also have an above and beyond event coordinator (she was amazing). So happy we chosethis venue! ?? We only had one complication with the music and video set up because no one was able to help us set it up untillate in the afternoon, so we had to figure that out to ourselves. But it worked out in the end. ???? We strongly recommendanyone renting their video and audio to work on the media set up really ahead of time and plan where you'll be plugging thingsaround and where you'll set up control. ???? Like what the owner has responded in one of the reviews here in google, they docharge a small fee of $50 for their sound system because of how basic it was. Although this was not something that was broughtto our attention when we asked to rent their sound. ???? It wasn't communicated to us that it's one switch for all sound source,also partially our fault for not checking or asking, but it wasn't brought up to us upfront (like what the owner's reposponse tosomeone else's review was mentioned). If we knew beforehand, we would have brought additional audio equipment. But that's okay,we learn from small complications like these, it's just we expected more for a country club. The only important note toremember when taking this venue into consideration is that if you are a big music lover looking to celebrate your event withmusic playing alongside a program, it'll be challenging to do it if you'll only rely on their sound system. The service was great. I attended a wedding here, and the servers did a great job, but the accommodations left much to be... desired. The sound system was not configured very well and we either got feedback or we could barely hear what anyone wassaying. Frought with bumps and hiccups, I think everyone managed well for not being set up for success, but pretty disappointingfrom an operations perspective. Read more

My wife and I had our wedding at the Statesville Country Club on 10/9/21 and let me start off by saying it was a DREAM. Jaylin... from statesville country club along with my coordinators made sure our day went perfect without any hiccups. The staff atStatesville country club were very attentive to guest!
