I was in your store around 11-11:30 am. on a Friday. Super busy with long lineups inside and drive-thru. Staff were amazing and... handled it very well. The food was as it should be. No surprises. Well done! Read more
Staff (the 2 women) were rude and refused to service customers. They charged the man in front of me for a medium then gave him a... small, and then when he spoke up about it they were very confrontational and rude, told him "You should've looked at the screen"even though it was them that made the mistake they tried to direct it onto their customers. There were multiple people in linefor up to 10 minutes and then "Oops, we're closed. Go away" I will never be stopping at this Tim Hortons again. Read more
