Usually go through drive thru. This particular day I was third in line. I waited about 20 minutes for the other two to get done... ordering and pull forward. When I got up to the speaker finally to place my order, they turned off the lights and shut down.Then the speaker said that they were closed. I was pretty mad. But I get it they had to close some time. Plus they always forgetsomething or something special I've asked for or a certain dressing for the sandwich. Worst customer service. They get my order wrong every time at the drive-thru. I called the manager because subway is my... favorite, she told me not to go through the drive-thru because it?s hard to hear. What?s the point of having a drive thru if youcan?t use it. Good food everytime we've stopped here. Guy at the counter was very busy but kept a great attitude.
Pick up order is wrong 95% of the time. Today, I ordered a BMT, add bacon? sandwich came back with bacon as the only meat in the... sandwich. They forget veggies requested and add veggies not requested. Never toasted as asked. I even added a commentreiterating that the sandwich be toasted and they still failed to do it.
