Hands down the BEST Mexican Food in Steamboat. Even one of the best restaurants. We have a couple good Mexican options in town... but Cinco De Mayo is by far my favorite. It's authentic, tasty food, and Jose is the nicest / offers the best service. He isalways working really hard to give every customer a really nice experience. The margaritas are amazing and not made with a mix.Also love the steak burrito, plantain, gorditas, and the enchiladas. Such a great, relaxed atmosphere with easy parking andamazing food. p.s. we needed to order 40 burritos and 60 tacos for an event recently, and Jose was so helpful in making thishappen and made the whole process easy and seamless.
