One of the best meals I've ever had in my life. I've been to Michelin starred restaurants in London, Italy, and Spain. Been in 5... of the top 50 steakhouses in the world. Wow. We were in town and randomly stopped in (and got lucky with 2 people who just left the bar - make reservations if you can)... but no wonder this place was so busy. These drinks were incredible. Awesome meal we had at the Laundry tonight. My husband and I were greeted warmly when we arrived at the restaurant. We seated... outside with lovely view of flowers and the creek. We ordered smoked trout, powpow shrimps, seasonal vegetables, stuffed squashwith blue crab meat and Colorado Bass. Every dish was delicious. Our favorite was the Powpow shrimps. Definitely not the typical steamboat restaurant, it’s very busy and fast paced. The conversations buzzing and the place filled... to the brim give it a lively feel. But once you have the food you can understand why it’s always so busy! We ordered the bisoncarpaccio and the flavors were the perfect mix!!!!
