Let me start off by saying, every time I go to Smittys Steinbach my expectations are exceeded! Staff is always accommodating and... hospitable. Tonight Halli was our sever, she was very friendly and helpful, overall she took very good care of our table. Theraspberry daiquiri she recommended was amazing, and the steak and eggs I ordered were cooked perfectly to my specifications,overall a great experience, would highly recommend! Read more
Great service. Decent food. Expensive prices. I understand that prices are set at a corporate level, so my star rating isn't... based on price. I would have given a 4 star but they brought my 2 year olds breakfast out well after the rest of the table. Inmy mind, kids first, then adults. Read more
The staff were really nice and accommodating, but the atmosphere just isn’t what it used to be. The portions got smaller but... the prices grew bigger. $50 breakfast for two people is quite rich, considering we each only had one main course and water.Their dinner items are far better imo. In addition, the waitress attended to our table and tried to take my plate while I wasstill eating and thought I was done. Please advise your staff that these actions are what drives a consumer away. Host Zach very pleasant and cheerful but my server is what really impressed me. Linda is a very attentive server. Looks like a... very focused but also very happy employee and in the few exchanges between her and customers that I overheard, absolutely leavesyou with the impression that she cares.
