Kinda disappointed way to much milk, no receipt, I said soy and obviously it?s not
I always try to give the benefit of the doubt to service worker because I know with online orders , drive through and walk in ... can be difficult especially during peak hours. I don't live in the area so this isn't a place I go to often but. I did my onlineorder and it was for a strawberry refresher and sausage egg and cheese sandwich. I do have to admit it was pretty busy whenarriving to store to pick up my order but when I walked inside their was a-lot of goofing around and very messy. I understandaccidents happen or ingredients run out but they were multiple drink behind was waiting well over 10 mins i said a regularlemonade was fine but no sandwich which i understand but they didn't offer me a refund until i asked. I went this past thursday right before 8pm and got a couple items. The coffee was barely warm. I didnt have time to turn back... and ask for HOT COFFEE, as I was on break. Especially if your location is open until 9:00 p.m. this is just pathetic. Read more
