I wish I could give zero star. Both husband and wife are extremely rude and discourteous. They never listened to us on several... occasions and they demonstrated very hateful body language if you ask a question. One time they refused to take online order.Another occasion they started working on my order after toasting owner asked his employee to leave my order in middle and jumpedon another customer who arrived after me. "You don?t have to come back here!? I went to Subway at Great Falls Plaza today and had a not so nice experience. I asked for... hot peppers on the side and the owner rolled her eyes with an attitude and threw the veggie down. I had a coupon when I wasready to pay and she was not happy and told me not to bring the coupon anymore. When I told her that?s not nice and she told me?you don?t have to come back here.? ?Coupon don?t do anything for us," then she said ?You should know better not to bring thecoupon.? WOW, just WOW!!!! I don?t know how they survive because I know for a fact that they are always soooo rude. Not justto me but to customers before and after us also. Lorenzo and Drew were exceptionally attentive to our extensively specific order for our 90+ year old grandparents. It?s always... refreshing to see young men willing to work hard and make their own money. Only complaint I have is that I was unable to tipthem since I had no cash on hand. Every other Subway I have ever been to has offered tips via credit/debit card. Especially thistime of year when people tend to be more benevolent towards service workers, it comes across as management trying to shortchangetheir employees rather than reward them for excellent service.
