I am VERY disappointed to see how Wegmans customer customer service is going down the hill, the lady that took my call when I... tried to place my pizza order was very rude disrespectful no to count that Wegmans is not only charging more for the pizza butadding fewer amount of the toppings. I ordered a sheet size (the biggest one) of our favorite pizza the buffalo chicken tofeed a large hungry family, when I got home we were all in shock to see the sheet of pizza with almost no chicken at all!!! Itwas absolutely ridiculous!!! The other day I picked up some lobster bisque from the soup bar, and again I didn't get a singlechunk of lobster, seriously Wegmans!?? What a poor management! Nothing like the old Wegmans. What a shame. Read more
