I ordered wings from them in 2021 it was good. September 2022 ordered 50 wings very pricey $65 cooked to hard. Ordered a whiting... sandwich it was fried to hard. Read more
The manager Rhonda at the Van Dyke location was very defensive when I called with a complaint about the chicken tasting spoiled... and smelling spoiled. She didn't even listen to me she just automatically said our chicken is not spoiled there's nothing wrongwith our chicken. I already ate some today and it was fine. I did not call to argue with her I called to tell her that thechicken that I received smelled and tasted spoiled. There was one or two pieces that me and my daughter tasted that was okay andtwo or three of the other pieces tasted spoiled we did not taste all the chicken but we decided to stop eating it. And throughthe ones that we tasted in the garbage. Rhonda told me if I want to refund I have to get the bones out of the garbage and bringthe chicken back up there and they were only going to refund me for six pieces of chicken out of a 10-piece. It's not even aboutthe refund it's about her nasty and defensive attitude. Will not be ordering there again. Read more
