1st time visit to this location. Unable to serve hot breakfast at opening on 10/21/22.
I waited for 10 minutes before asking the cashier if it?s open and he told me I had to ring the bell that was hidden behind the... tip jar. I ordered a large iced matcha late and the girl that works there had the least un-wecloming face I have ever seen. Iasked for my drink order o be made with light ice and almond milk. When she quickly made my drink and brought it over it was asif I requested extra ice. I asked her to fix it. She then took out a bunch of ice and adding 1/3 almond milk to my large drink,severely diluting it. I didn?t say anything and left. I will never return to this location again. Can?t even make the drinks on their menu. Literally went to another location ordered the same thing just to show them. Little... girl behind the counter thought it was funny the woman didn?t understand something as simple as a strawberry dragon fruitrefresher no lemonade no coconut milk just a simple refresher. Then tried to tell me I ordered a strawberry tea. Not even whatthe sticker said. I guess I?ll just go the extra mile to the one on mound from now on this place is a mess. Read more
