This place is Awesome...either sitting at Hibachi, Sushi Bar, or Dining area you are very well taken care of. Wife and I have... been going the 10 past yrs and have never left hungry or disappointed. Lilly is our server in dining...she is High on our list.Lilly is fabulous in every way. We ask for her to be our server whenever we walk in. The whole management and staff is veryattentive to your needs. It's prices are not bad for the food a service you get. Read more
If I could give no stars, I certainly would. Ken, the "general manager" and his customer service is horrible. The reviews... mention to "just go somewhere else." I wholeheartedly agree. They can't keep staff and are barely hanging on. Makes sense. Ifthey treat their customers like garbage, I can only imagine how they treat their staff. Pure trash. Throw the whole place away. As always we had an excellent experience at Ichiban! By far the best Japanese food you can get in the area. We dined in the... regular dining room and Lily provided us with a great experience. She gave great food and drink recommendations and the servicewas extremely fast. We will be back! Read more
Place is amazing. Food is amazing. Downfall we had a party of 10, 8 kids. Didnt realize they added gratuity, 46$. We tipped 60$... on top of that. No one said anything. So i would never tip 110$$ knowingly. Ugh Read more
