Never again! If I could give zero stars, I would. Been a long time patron of Burger King, but this is the last straw for this... location. A $35 order, $10 tip, having to go back in because food was "forgotten", to get home and find most of the food waswrong, oh and no receipt. Burger King, you have gone DOWN HILL. Out of the 3 locations in the Stevens Point area, we are runningout of options. Regardless, I will never go to this location again. Read more
I rarely write reviews, especially ones that are likely to be scathing. I've worked in food service and customer service way too... long to be "that guy". Today is the exception. Every visit to this location is an exercise in patience. My husband and I gooften, our order is always messed up. Frustration is the usual experience. We like Burger King, though, so we keep goingback. No more. Never again. Today, my son and I went through the drive-thru with a friend. Ordered one double bacon and cheeseWhopper, extra cheese, a spicy chicken sandwich, and a spicy chicken sandwich with lettuce only. We got our food, and droveaway. I called a few minutes later to clarify with the manager why there were fries in our bag, as we hadn't ordered them, and Icouldn't check the receipt because we weren't given one. He assured me it was just a mistake, and that we weren't charged forthem. My son opens his sandwich, it's spicy chicken with everything BUT lettuce. So I called again, so they'd have a heads upthat we were coming back. The manager hung up on me. We drove back, and the manager thrust the receipt out the drive-thru windowwithout even letting us speak. We them communicated the error, and they remade my son's sandwich. Fine. Good. Shame on me fornot checking my food before leaving, however. We get home, and my double whopper is a single. I called to tell the manager,completely embarrassed that I had to call again. I hate complaining. I apologized for having to call back. He told me I couldcome back and get a replacement. So, I've already wasted half an hour trying to get the order corrected. I need to drive backAGAIN to get what I ordered in the first place? He wrote my name down for a replacement. I thanked him and wished him a goodday. He hung up on me without responding. If I could give zero stars, I would. I went there for breakfast this morning and they are out of coffee and they made me wait... for quite so time. When I open my food, it?s all refrigerator cold with the exception of the hashbrowns. So I called the storeand the guy that answered the phone wouldn?t stop talking long enough for me to even give him an answer to the questions he wasbombarding me with. Then he got offended when I said ?bull crap? I didn?t even say a bad word. He then even called me a liar andsaid there was no way my food could be cold because he put it in the microwave himself. The ironic thing is they told me I hadto wait because they were making my food fresh. If they were making my food fresh, why did he have to put stuff in themicrowave? Do not eat here!! Read more
This has the be the slowest drive through I have ever been to, I am writing this review sitting in said drive through. The last... few times I have been here, not only is it slow, but the order has always been wrong! Don?t expect accuracy or speedy or evengood customer service if you stop here. UPDATE: It has been 5 months since I posted this review, I stopped again today hopingthings may have improved at this location. They have not. My advice is stay away. Read more

I stopped in BK on division. We ended up ordering late. When we got the food they said it was all there. When we got home we... were missing food. Some of the food had the wrong sauces on it. And some of the burgers was not made to what was asked. Sincethe store was closed call the next day and talk to the manager. He offered to replace that issue that we had. The food that wehad gotten those replaced was still not done right. When my girlfriend And my son were there they were talking about me andabout trying to get a free food. I will never ever go to that BK again. I?d rather Drive to another bk Let?s go to my house. Anddrive a few more miles to another one. Which is sad. And I wouldn?t even give them a one star. Read more
