After 6 years of near-daily patronage, they managed to drive me elsewhere. The new store manager has ushered in a new era of... mediocrity and poor customer service. The young kid, Ethan, who was making drinks today decided that it was a bigger issue thatI had ?hurt his feelings? by coming back in and asking for a remake on my coffee that literally tasted like burnt coffee groundsthan actually remaking the drink. The cashier ended up having to remake the drink while Ethan was still arguing with me. It?snot surprising considering the low standard that the new store manager sets for customer service with his own performance. WhenDavid ran the place I never had an issue.
