It's a subway .. not sure what else to say. Staff was friendly and the food looked and tasted fresh. Only downside is they take... care of the only line orders before the people actually standing in line. Read more

On a less than perfect emotional day, after much exertion on the river I stopped in this establishment to grab dinner for my... family. I was struggling to keep my hurt inside and it was obvious by looking at my face. I order our sandwiches, paid and gotback in my car where it was safe to release again. Much later when I was able to eat my sandwich I pulled it out of the bag andto my surprise there was a sleeve with a cookie in it and on it was written ?I hope your day gets better?. Immediately myspirits were lifted and I often think of that sweet antic that changed my day and pushed the clouds away. I wish I would?vegotten the staff members name so I could rave to corporate. I hope she reads this and knows what an impact that seemingly smallgesture made. It?s about a month later and I still think of it daily. Thank you!!!!! ???? Read more

My wife ordered a 6? spicy italian with black olives, which she received literally 4 slices of olives (roughly equivalent to 1/2... of a whole olive) She asked for a little more, and was told she can not have any more. I replied it?s fine, you can give hermore, we are fine paying for extra, if this is actually required. We were informed, no extras are allowed under anycircumstances, that the owner is really cracking down on the use of olives. I ordered a 12? BMT and asked for my olives in acup, (so I could give them to my wife) I received literally 6 olive slices. (equivalent to 3/4 of 1 olive) I did not ask formore, as the ?sandwich artist? had already informed us of the absolute strict rationing order of olives, ordered and strictlyenforced by ?The Owner.? The ?sandwich artist? was working solo and otherwise did a good job. Apparently times are now sodesperate, that strict rationing of olives is necessary to the point of counting olive slices. Take from this what you will. This is the very first review I have ever given, and felt compelled after all the petty things I?ve experienced in my life atrestaurants, this stands out at the top! After all had I received 4 olive slices, for each 6 inches of my sandwich, like my wifehad, perhaps I wouldn?t feel so slighted to the point of leaving a review??? We will never know, as I received only 3 slices ofblack olive for each 6 inches of sandwich. What concerns me the most is that we are one step away from rationing the saltshaker?. That?ll be interesting! I hope ?The Owner.? makes it through this terrible time in olive history. Customer service isdead, and apparently we are now officially in the second Great Depression. Have a great day, and ?Eat Fresh!? (No olives wereactually harmed in the writing of this review) Read more
