I?ve given this pizza five stars for Kent Island because I?ve tried every other pizza place that I could find on the island and... this one was the best of all. The crust is excellent it?s nice and crispy on the bottom has a good taste and is nice and thin.The mozzarella cheese was good also. The tomato sauce was OK I personally prefer just plain tomatoes not tomato sauce because Idon?t like the flavoring and stuff they put in it but overall it was very good and if I ever need a pizza again I?ll be going toAvanti. Wonderful staff, but al three times we ordered we have been underwhelmed by our dishes. Pizza looked thrown together, toppings... were falling off both times and it was like cardboard, it was not busy so I was confused by that. Pasta was low on sauce and noreal flavor every time. Calamari was burnt to a crisp and dry. I want to support a new business so badly and I have so muchappreciation for the industry and hard workers, but the taste and presentation of the food was just not good. Read more
Anyone who doesn't give this 5 stars doesn't know good Italian food. This place is the best Italian food on the Eastern Shore. ... We have been coming here since we discovered it in 2020 and have never been disappointed. Check the specials before justordering something you know.
