Tried this place for the first time today and ordered the hot and sour soup as well as the Hong Kong beef. The food was very... good and it definitely lives up to to its "healthier" label. The soup broth was absolutely wonderful and had a depth of flavorthat I have yet to see from any other similar restaurants in the area. The meat was tender and vegetables cooked perfectly andonce again the dish had an amazing flavor, not similar to others I have tried but definitely exceptional. Phone order taker rude. Very little beef in the Mongolian Beef and only a few pieces of chicken in the Orange Chicken. Plenty of... veggies though but I?m not a vegetarian and wanted more meat than 1/16th of a pound. Fried rice and really the whole meal neededmore taste. Not going back.
