Edit: I picked up food again a few days ago after seeing the response below. Unfortunately it again wasn't ready -not a terrible... wait, but again, the fries were stone cold, and the chicken overcooked and a bit dry. You really need to go back to the way youwere - there's a new chicken place opening soon almost across the road! --- A few months ago, they would get 1 more star. Welove Benny & Co food, and find the prices still reasonable, and to their credit this location did a great job of helping us getthrough the pandemic. Their chicken is always really tasty, and the service good and quick. We would order/pay online, then pickit up a few minutes later. We live about 4 minutes away, so this was a very efficient system. The last three times however hasseen changes, perhaps due to staffing issues as other businesses are experiencing, or maybe glitches in theircomputer...hopefully resolved soon. We will give them a few more chances to be sure. The last three times the food has not beenready, or even close. I suspect the orders were completely missed, and started once realized on arrival. It's not a huge wait,so not at all upsetting. Also, the servers are really friendly, and apologetic. Last night unusually had additional issues. Weordered two dinners. After bringing them home, we found that the fries which we love, and are usually nice and hot, were noteven warm. The chicken was an overdone and dry, and had many broken bones. The sides were not right either - we got 3 coleslawsand only one sauce. Likely an easy mistake, but the single sauce was only just over half full. Dry chicken with not enough sauceto make up for that - not an enjoyable experience. So only one bad experience with the food, but I'd really like to give that5th star back. Again, we love the food, and will keep trying - if it goes back to the way it was, I will adjust my review. Read more
Their chicken dishes are juicy and tender. I think they're the best restaurant when you want to order chicken. Their service is... excellent when you are in a hurry, because you no sooner sit down at your table and your order arrives at your table! I giveBenny & Co. a very BIG thumbs up! ???? I?m a Benny fan. I have tried good ones and I have tried bad ones. This location is new so I want to try it out. The place is... clean. The service is amazing. The server Jake brought us our food and was really pleasant and polite. He told us just to tellhim if we need anything or more sauce or Cole slaw. He also mentioned he?d clean up our stuff and we didn?t even need to bringthe tray over. How nice. This never before in any other Benny. The chicken is well cooked and very tasty. Not a bad alternative to the competition. Benny&Co service is much better, but the chicken is a bit dry and the dipping sauce... wasn't my favorite. They do however have good value when it comes to the appetizers. The staff is very attentive and therestaurant is very clean. Read more
