I feel this location is caught in a weird position that ultimately makes for a less than ideal experience the last few times I... have gone. They are not busy enough to have additional staff on during peak periods, but the single person there (workingincredibly hard mind you) has to split their time between doing in person orders and delivery service orders. Each time I had towait while multiple Uber/Skip the Dishes orders were made, a person in the store would order, more pick up orders were made,then to the next person. One time I just went and sat outside for 20 minutes until they were ready to take my order. Again,it's not entirely their fault and the food is fairly good and the staff is always pleasant and apologetic, but does take awayfrom the experience. I love food here but I went there last night the service was awful. I arrived at 7:30 knowing they close at 9 and the open sign... was off. I was denied paying with cash because the worker had closed the cash early. They also didn?t replenish the food and hadlimited offers. The worker gave me and my friend a lot of attitude the whole time too even though we were trying to be nice. Itseemed like she didn?t want to be there and was trying to close early. I?ll keep going to mucho but I?ll definitely be going toa different one. I didn?t appreciate the attitude and service. Read more
