Server was good even though I had to get up and get my own drink. He gets a pass behe was trying to find the game my husband... wanted to watch. No pass on the small and cold food. My son had a long hair in his food! No manager table visit and nothing offthe bill. Unacceptable but I see where the level of service here has gone as the last visit wasn't good either. Read more
The food was great but our server Tayler really made the difference. She was wonderful and gave us top notch service. It was my... first positive experience at an Applebees in over a decade and the first i have returned to one in at least 6 years. We cameback for the second night in a row since we are still in town. The establishment smelled like urine . the entire restaurant was dirty. The women's restroom was a sci-fi. I told the workers... and they said the reason was because, they didn't have enough people for closing the night before. I had to leave because Icouldn't trust the food. I placed an online order for the blondie dessert, for curbside pickup. I followed the online prompts, notifying that i had... arrived. After waiting for 20 minutes, and watching other customers receive their order, I called to see what was going on. Onlythen was I informed that they were out of the dessert. The servers bringing out the orders could?ve easily told me that once Iarrived, but I guess they were scared to address the issue. After speaking with the manager, I was not offered anysubstitutions, or anything for the inconvenience at all. All she could do was make excuses, saying, ?oh, you shouldn?t have beenable to order that online? and ?you must?ve done a call in order?.
