Wasn't sure anyone was going to seat us even though the place was quite empty. Joe finally arrived and seated us and took our... drink order. Polite young man. I had the popcorn shrimp and salmon with asparagus and baked potato. We had to flag Joe down forrefills. My companions burger looked dry, though he didn't complain. Read more
Enjoyed a dinner out with the family, we got the spinach artichoke dip for an appetizer, which was really good. Our meals were... room temperature. Chicken tender, rib steak platter was okay. Tenders we?re good, steak tasted cheap but good cook on it (mediumrare) and ribs were good, would have been better if warm. Chicken Alfredo was room temperature but tasted good. My waiter Chris always provides excellent service. I've eaten here with my son several times and he makes sure I receive what I... order. Let me start by saying I've always loved this restaurant. However in my recent visit I had the most horrible experience with the... food I ordered the Louisiana sirloin and it came out and literally looked gray and when I cut into the meat it did not cut likenormal meat typically does I gave it the benefit of the doubt and I tasted it and I immediately had to spit it back into mynapkin as my body would not allow me to swallow it. When I asked the person I was dining with who also had a steak how theirsteak taste they stated a little funny but they thought that it was just their taste buds as their taste buds have been offlately when I spoke with the manager she was very pleasant our waitress was awesome she did reveal to me that differentO'Charley's use different means of preparing there proteins some may use a open grill some may use a broiling methodunfortunately for me the particular location I visited uses a boiling method that for me made the steak disgusting unfortunatelybecause of this experience I will not be visiting O'Charley's again I was provided with a refund for my meal and that wasgreatly appreciated as I was not able to eat it as I stayed at the service was great food was horrible!
