Food was great, the service was slow, due to staffing. It was a senior lady serving, and she was running like a 25 year old. She... never complained even when I asked about the short staffed. Well done. She is certainly an asset to the company. Read more
Service was crazy! You had people standing around not doing anything, Cooks trying to take breaks in between fixing orders a lot... of people here waiting for their order that had to be about 25 people standing inside of this Waffle House and it was late sothere was nowhere else to go because nothing else was open at 1:00 a.m.! I order was right and it was good but had to keepreminding the waitress about things we needed condiments. Read more
This location is quick and the food is delicious. The only thing that kind of concerns me is that most if the waitresses forget... the smaller things that I request (and this is frequently), which is okay with me when they forget things like jelly or refills,but they often forget the little things like blueberries and chocolate chips in my waffles, and we have to pay extra for those.Regardless, everyone is very friendly inside and very familiar with their customers <3 Read more
Worst service on the southside that I?ve experienced and I?ve been in this area for around 15-20 years. Every time I go in I?m... never served. Either it?s a bad built lady talking to the cashier to the point where she?s not taking anybodys order or it?sthey?re always cleaning or something stupid. My last straw was them not having sausage. By far the worst and I will never everreturn to this one in particular again. If I need to go to Waffle House I will go to the one in McDonough when I go to work.
