Been awhile since we've been. Came to celebrate a 50th birthday. The food was good. The place was busy. The only problem I... think our server was to overwhelm with a large party that was at the restaurant. It took a long time to take our order. Sonasked for a soda but had to wait because she couldn't find a clean cup. Once the order came out it was wrong. Asked for a saladwith dinner I was given clam chowder. Wife ordered grilled shrimp but got fried shrimp with her entree. Read more
This place is nice and modern inside. They have a wonderful selection of fresh seafood. Great drink menu and friendly staff.... Restaurant is always clean. Price are reasonable. Great spot for groups of family or friends to get together. Read more

I love coming back here when I visit Stockton. I have yet to have clam chowder anywhere that is as good as theirs. Paired with... their sourdough bread, it's a great meal as is! My husband and I used to get a quart of chowder, a loaf of bread, and have astay home movie night all the time. Our server Renee was absolutely amazing. She had tables all over, and was still cheerfuland helpful throughout the whole meal. She even had a party table of like 10 or 12, and still provided great service toeveryone. She was especially kind to our little girl. On to the food! There are 2 things I will always order when I come here:Bud's Beef and clam chowder. Oh, and a side or 2 of the sourdough. The beef medallions are marinated perfectly and alwaysdelicious. The veggies, unfortunately, were bland as always. I would advise getting the beef appetizer so you get more steak andno mushy veggies. My manhattan was okay, strong, but the huge wedge of orange and disintegrated cherry was a bit strange. Andthe last time we went I received a lemon drop with a salted rim. They fixed it right away though. The booths are a little thinin between, so I could feel the person behind me, but there's not much you can do about that. Overall we had a very nice time.You should go at least for the chowder. Read more
