I wish I coulda gave this restaurant of five stars. Their food was above amazing but unfortunately the customer service was a... one. From the beginning, the host was rude forgot our order and had terrible customer service skills. Would have loved to havecome back to that restaurant, but due to the customer service, I will not. today on July 28,2022 I ordered chicken super nachos. And mid way through the order as I'm eating I notice there's a ROACH in my... food. Disgusting. So I call to get a refund and the man tells me they can't do a refund but would give me something else. Whywould I want more of there food if I just had a ROACH in it. ? Not happy with them at all. And not right. What if I would haveate it. Smh i feel sick to my stomach. Never going there again. When I called them they seemed to not even care and wouldn?t letme speak with a manager or anything.
