Just left mannys today for the first time ever..so many things I can complain about!!if I was you I wouldn?t waste my time or... appetite! I order a big order 5 double cheese burger and fries& some fried chicken & I spent over 140$ waited over a hour formy food and nothing was fresh!!!!! My fries was soggy and my chicken had to be cooked the day before!!I ask the manger if shecan make my food over and make it fresh she told me she couldn?t with a attitude!!! I will NEVER EVER go back here you guys havehorrible costumer service and I wouldn?t recommend this place ever!!! Read more

Had lunch there with my Mom. We both ordered the Fish n Chips. It was actually pretty expensive. My thought behind it was, it... must be worth the price. Has to be good. Right? It was terrible. All you could taste in the 2 tiny pieces of fish and theridiculous amount of french fries that are put to overcompensate for the pathetic sized fish sticks that you are given, was thehorrible taste of old grease that they clearly cook everything with. What should of been the end to that terrible experience,was followed by a stomach ache from hell annnnnd well....., you know. By both of us. I am definitely not one to complain. Ihave found it never gets you anywhere. However, I felt compelled to call the establishment the next day just to give him aheads up as to what happened to both my mom and I. Not wanting anything, I figured they would want to know. So I called, afemale answered the phone and her customer service voice sounded more on the lines of, why did I even wake up, let alone, whydid I answer the phone. I explained to her when I came in, what time it was, what we ordered, what it tasted like, and what hadhappened when we got home and throughout the night. Her response after a very long pause was, her laughing, and NOT even tryingto hide her laughter, but her saying , "Okay well, thanks for letting us know. I'll let the owner know that. Manny?s used to be so good. I ordered an 8 piece family meal and I?m pretty sure it was made yesterday. The chicken and potatoes... were old, cold and I was truly disappointed. I don?t splurge much but I hadn?t had Manny?s in over a year. This will be my lasttime. And I traveled from Manteca for this! I would have gladly waited for an order of fresh chicken and potatoes.
