I have never seen a McDonald's this bad. Store dining area and lobby were great. I can say that because I waited 10 for someone... to come to the counter. I ended up using the self order Kiosk. The crew that was work/playing in the back forgot where theywere. I am a Marine, and I heard more F-bombs in 10mins then ever. After 15mins I got my food which had no taste what so ever.There was a family eating in the dining area, the Dad was looking like what are they doing back there. BEWAR: This store gives out poor quality food. They don't give us all items we ordered and the staff are not pleasant.... McDonald's has fallen. It's better to go across the street to the Jack in the box and get your food. Read more
No changing tables in the bathrooms. Ordered through the app & still didn't get our order correct (no chance for... misunderstanding a verbally given order). Very long wait for said order. Had mainly stopped to change our babies' diapers & willdef pick anywhere else if we're ever in the area again. Read more
