On this location some employees do not have customer service at all. I cannot believe that during lunch time the restaurant runs... out of certain menu. I ordered shrimp and chicken teriyaki but they supposed did not have it. Is not the first time that thisproblem happens and I wonder why this issue is very common there. I got a little upset and the person who was helping me becamerude instead gave me a good excused (she called the security guy on me but I was not afraid even though they tried tointimidated me.
