I use the drive-thru multiple times today and both times they have poor customer service. I ordered an iced coffee that was... served with an nat in it. I had to throw my coffee away and go to a different location. I do not recommend anybody to stop atthis location unless you want a nap in your coffee or poor customer service. Read more
Customer service was bad. Walked in none of the staff welcomed us but looked at us like they didn?t want us to be here. Did a... mobile pickup, stand by the counter thinking the drinks weren?t ready yet and they just looked at us until a few minutes laterthey asked us what was the name of the order and the drinks was been ready. I told her that I wanted to use my app before purchasing and she did anyway and then said it was to late. Why are you telling me... what already know? Then my second visit they messed up my order. ABSOLUTE WORST customer service from every single person that works there!!! I didn?t know it was possible to have a whole staff... of rude people? until now. Since I walked in, the lady at the register was rude, the girl at the drive-thru window was rude tome, the girl who handed me my Uber eats order was rude.
