My family has been coming here for years. We are always very impressed from the plethora of high quality flavors, fun and cheery... atmosphere, and fabulous staff. My family went there this evening and ordered multiple items including a waffle with ice creamand many quarts. Springer?s kind and efficient staff Sydney served us so well. My other half once told me Springer's is the best ice cream in existence. So we just HAD to make a stop here on the way from AC... to Cape May. I'm SO glad we did! I love their front façade; it feels so homey like you're at a shop on Main Street, USA. Butthe ice cream speaks for itself. I always say I really WANT to like Mint Chocolate Chip, but most brands just mess it upsomehow. SPRINGER'S DOES IT JUSTICE! I honestly will go back for more. The Dark Nite flavor is simply indulgent! Went here twice in a week. End of season so no line both times. Not sure why so many raving reviews, really nothing special.... From all the flavors we tried (chocolate chip cookie dough, chocolate, drunken cherry, mint chocolate chip, maple walnut,chocolate chip bourbon pecan pie, birthday cake, buttercream biscoff ) only drunken cherry was good , everything else tastedpretty bland/unexciting. Also, really expensive. $7.95 for 2 scoops.Even Universal Studios charges less after COVID increasesat their famous ice cream shop in Harry Potter world for a bigger portion. Read more
