Employee must of been high or on drugs because I was asking for a large iced coffee 4 cream/4 Carmel Swirl. Said he didn?t... understand how to do that from hot coffee. I place a mobile order here and when I entered the store the owner told me they weren't open yet. It was 5:10am at that point... and he told me I had to wait 20mins for them to open. I tried to cancel my order but the app doesn't let you. It's not the firsttime I have been here but it certainly is the last. The intercom was hard to hear because people were power washing next door. I drove up to the window to order and the owner... refused to serve me and talked down to me. I explained I couldn't hear and he kept saying I needed to wait and wouldn't serveme. He wanted me to go back into the line in the drive through. I go there once a week and this is my last time I will ever goto this location. The owner is not a nice person and I've personally heard him talk bad about this customers.
