First time at Industria and it was delicious. If you like Big Macs I highly recommend their eponymous pie The Industria. It... sounds weird but it is delicious. Rest assured that the lettuce and pickles go on after the oven. The restaurant had anabundance of staff (not an easy task at this point in history) who all seemed quite happy to be there. First and last time going. Very burnt $21 pizza. The waitress brought it over to the table burnt to a crisp and said enjoy. We... looked it over and realized how black it was. We didn’t eat any. We had a really decent meal with very attentive and friendly service from Madison. The Deep Fried Mozzarella is a must. The... accompanying marinara sauce is absolutely delicious. The Pepperoni pizza had a nice light crust that you can watch them spin inthe air while preparing in the open concept kitchen. Cooked in a wood fired oven it was hot and delicious when it hit the table.You have to try the garlic dipping sauce and chili oil. My wife's Tagliatelle was really flavourful with wild mushrooms,arugula, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, parmesan and truffle oil.
