I visited the Symposium Cafe restaurant and had a fairly good experience. I had the wings and fries for the meal and had the... colossal cookie for dessert. Initially I had to send back the fries as they were too salty for me but I find this to be a commonoccurrence of late. The colossal cookie was very good and is something that was definitely meant to be shared. The service wasgood. The waitress was very pleasant. My only issue came in when I needed service I found it difficult for the staff to see metrying to flag them down. This happened a few times but was really not a big issue. I want to start off by saying our waitress was absolutely wonderful! The one star review doesn't reflect on her at all. I... ordered the chicken and waffles. I had already eaten a very small amount in this photo but the amount of chicken I got even thewaitress went back to the kitchen to ask if they forgot my food. She was told nope that's it. For $16 you get a piece offlavorless chicken that's is basically a chicken nugget and a flavour less waffle. Also the wait time for the food was about anhour or so. So unimpressed with the food and the time it took to make it, especially for the price, we will definitely not begoing back. Read more
