I rather drive 10min further than the Tim's across my street 102 Hwy 8, Stoney Creek, ON L8G 4H3..... Today I was on the road... with 40 cars in front I was out in 8min. The other Tim's if there are 5-10 cars its a solid 15min wait. If there are 25 cars Ihave waited recently almost 40min. It's happened 4 times in the past month. Don't get a French vanilla cappuccino from them if it's late at night. They give u old coffe and pump vanilla shots into it. I... went through the drive thorough twice and they still couldn't get it right. October 29, 4:04PM A woman working at the drive thru at the above date and time did not greet me at all, not even a simple... hello. Did not tell me the price of what I ordered. Just stayed silent the entire time I?m at the pickup window. Veryawkward. Then, the coffee I got was watered down and had no flavour. They clearly don?t care about their job and aren?tfollowing proper protocol on how to brew the coffee. I would rate less than a one star. This location is not equipped to run as a full-time Tim Horton?s establishment. For... example, today?s visit at 12 noon, no muffins with chocolate chip, understandable if school was running and they sold out; butit is a PA day. Ordered a coffee mocha, well, it was coloured water. As I understand from others, they are probably wateringall the drinks down. A couple of weeks ago I ordered a Mocha ice cap, but unfortunately for me they had no whipping cream. Headoffice will be delighted to know this. Visited nov 17,2022 around 9:50 am and it was quite early and I was treated with 0 respect and attitude... from a worker who I believe was unaware her mic was off when she complained about customers.
