Even though it says they are open til one can?t order over the phone or through the website after midnight.
The tracker app never works and we are 8 minutes from the store. For some reason the drivers always leave and it?s 40 minutes... before they ever arrive! You call the manager and all they say is it should be there. I hate incompetent managers not holdingpeople accountable! Read more
Few days back we called dominos pizza stonybrook for ordering pizza. While ordering my husband clearly mentioned that we need... buttery garlic crust 2-3 times (as the person on call did not understand it). And all we got was marinara sauce with lots ofcrushed garlic. We called them immediately and the same person received the call who took our order and he was ride and saidyou ordered like that. Like common you work in a pizza store and you don't understand what buttery garlic crust means? Verymuch disappointed. I will never order from this store again Read more

Just went and worse customer service. We asked about specials and was told there was none. We purchased a Pizza and went home... only to find out that there was an online order special of 50% percent off. Plus the pizza we showed her when ordering was notwhat received. When I called Ishe said as that I never showed her the pizza and plus they don't have some of the othertoppings. Save your time and money just don't go to this Domino's Pizza. Read more
