The food was incredible at the place and the service was even better. My two friends and I happened upon this place and I'm so... glad we did! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and made to feel more than welcome. Our server, Vinny, wasINCREDIBLE! My friends got the French dip, the open faced roast beef sandwiches and I got the short rib sandwich. The were allincredible but Vinny said the short rib was the best thing on the menu so I got it. I 100% AGREE! It was the most tender shortrib and it just melted in my mouth! Plus, the fries were outstanding as well. We had come in from a hike and got hot chocolate& even that was amazing! I had a great time visiting the Stony Point Family Diner! Service was prompt, and courteous. The owners were engaged and they... checked on us more than once to see how the meal was going. I had meatloaf which I consider a Diner staple, and they didn'tdisappoint. It was covered in a nice fresh mushroom gravy. For sides I got broccoli, which was well cooked, and stewed zucchini,which was really nicely flavored. I wish more places served zucchini like that. The soup to start the meal was also great.
