The 1 star is for a McDonald's right off IH35 in Iowa. It took 15 minutes to get 1 cup of coffee. We stopped here on our way to Colorado. We got our order-no utensils or syrup for pancakes and no napkins for other food. Went... back inside to use bathroom, flies everywhere especially sinks. Went to counter to get condiments and flies everywhere up there.Not happy with service or experience. This was probably the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been too.
