I’ve been to this restaurant many times, and it seems to worsen every time I visit or pick it up. When I called in my order,... the man on the phone was rude and did not disclose they only had one size for many of their dishes. They charge me over $60 forkids-size rice, kids-size lobster sauce, kid-size egg foo young, and chicken. Not to mention the last time I dined in, theytried to tell us what to give for a tip. This restaurant needs to do better. Read more

Ordered from China town for over 20 plus years. There was a time, they had the best Chinese food, by far. Last few years its... declined average -to-below average. so my family ordered from there recently to get our Chinese food fix. I was surprised thefood was subpar and the counter service has MEASURABLY gone down hill. VERY RUDE SERVICE EXPERIENCED MORE THAN ONCE. To shareone of many rude stories/experiences! My father is 93 years old with dementia, we went inside to pick up the food and my fatherforgot his mask. The counter lady person immediately told him to get a mask or get out now. My father (93 years old) when hedidn’t immediately answer, she rudely reached over the counter and shoved him back, in the stomach, then repeated …get amask. I explained his Dementia condition and that he will comply, but no need to be so rude. It didn’t matter to the counterpersons. One lady in particular was even more rude, aggressively and arrogant. I was boiling at that point and if she was amale, I would have jumped over the counter…… I can put up with OVERPRICED average to sub-par food, but not the demeaningcounter service. Not the first time we experience or seen rude service towards others. i’m done with them. Read more

Great food but still no dine in. They look to be doing a great take-out business though. Consistently good.

ENOUGH! It is time to say "No" to bad and expensive food. This restaurant used to be a great and reliable family restaurants... with good food. Now it is pretty dilapidated and youbcan tell they are struggling by horrible food they are serving. Some ofus know how Chinese food is cooked and taste and this ain't it. Shrimp in lobster sauce is a simple dish to screw up. Theshrimps were buried under a thick dark sauce it didn't taste like oyster sauce or anything good. The sauce was indiscript and wethrew $100 worth terrible and overpriced food. Everyone hated their dish. Read more

This is THE BEST Chinese food resteraunt I have found. I have been going here for over 15 years and their food is always high... quality and the service is excellent. Ignore the random string of negative reviews lately. The people who work here are neverrude and are always very polite. Some people go to Chinese resteraunts and treat the people who work their like they are scum,so if you do of course they will not go out of their way to be extra polite to you. Treat them as you would treat yourself andyou will not be disappointed! People are complaining that the prices have gone up and the serving size has gone down. This isnot true! Their menu prices went up about $1 per item since Covid, and they have removed the "large" menu size from their items. They now only have the small sizes, but the charge the small size price with it. Some people are saying that they are chargingthe large price for the smaller size, but again this is not true. They are not ripping anyone off, people just don't payattention to what they are buying. It makes me feel so bad that they have been getting all of these negative reviews lately forno reason. I have been here about 6 times over the past year, last time was just a few weeks ago. Nothing about their excellentservice has changed. Ignore the negative reviews and try this place! Read more
