We tried a little bit of everything with the open buffet for a very early Saturday evening. The juices and everything from the... buffet was great, especially the feijoada. However we must have come at bad time as the majority of the meats we ordered atmedium rare were overly salty and overdone: chicken thigh, brisket, picanha, and pork loin. The best meats we had were theshort rib and chicken heart. I don't want to hold it against the establishment because the meat looked absolutely fine in otherreviewer's pictures but the honest truth is that our meat was just too well-done that night. I'd like to try the meats duringpeak hours when the meats have had a chance to cycle. Read more
