Very good service, fast, pleasant, delicious food and well served.
My first time going to Zachary's and I got what is known as the big breakfast which is four eggs, four sausage, four bacon, hash... browns, and rye toast and it was delicious a big meal for a big guy like me and I was happy. My waitress or service person wasphenomenal the meal was perfect . The service here was horrific ! We had to ask the waitress three times for butter for thetoast which they forgot to butter before receiving it as we were leaving the building ???? . They got our egg order wrong andwas unavailable 5 minutes after delivering the eggs to the table so we were forced to eat them rather than be able to swap themout for what we wanted. Shame for a place such as this that has a decent food to have such an poor waitstaff. The bottom lineyou get three stars for the food and you get zero stars for your wait staff. Shame on you. Great food and very friendly staff! I ordered the Zachary's Specialty Omelet which had a nice spicy kick to it, but I fell in... love with their Blueberry Muffin French Toast with blueberry cream cheese frosting! The french toast was soft and fluffy and thecream cheese frosting with the french toast was a game changer! Read more
