The food tastes great! But the Stow, Ohio store is not great at taking special orders. Their track record at making our bacon... and jalapeño stuffed cheesy bread, hold the bacon, right is a little less than 50% over the last 6 months. Most of the timethey still add the bacon. Today they omitted the bacon AND the jalapeños. We love the food and will continue to order from thembecause they offer to remake it or give us a free one with our next order. But today the person on the phone acted annoyed thatwe asked them to remake it. Like I said, the food tastes great. But they need to pay more attention to what they aredoing. Honestly the cardboard box was thicker than the dough and the cheese was burnt, my kids freaked out and it was all bad
Family enjoyed the food!
They took it upon themselves to charge my card for more money for A larger tip. When I went in to ask them why, they were nasty.... I asked for A copy of the receipt, they went in the back. It took 10 minutes to get it. It was altered with A different time andprices for the pizza. Not even accurate. Horrible place. Not to mention the pizza was so gross, I threw it away.
