Went to get a medium Carmel Mocha coffee this morning in which I always use my mobile app for the ?any size premium roast or ice... coffee? .99 coupon.. the yt guy w/ long hair at the window told me he cant apply it because it?s not a coffee. I said it?s a hotcaramel mocha premium roast coffee, is it not? He closed the window & didn?t say anything back? I understand being short staffed, but on the off chance this McDonald?s is actually open in the evenings, the food is always... cold and orders are messed up. They were ?out? of quarter pounders, fries were cold and hard, and no onions on the McDoubles. Iknow I shouldn?t expect much from them being McDonald?s and all, but come on. Get it together. They did a great job today! They only had two employees working and they still had a positive attitude and made the experience... pleasant. I use to work for McDonald?s and I know how frustrating it is to be understaffed. Hope they hire more people for youguys! Read more

I order on the app regularly to lower mistakes and have few problems at other locations. I had a $20 order on 11/17/22 and... parked in spot 3 where the app told me to park. We waited 20 minutes after we parked with no service. I went inside & waited 5minutes. During that time one employee checked her phone two times, before I was acknowledged. Finally I was given my cold orderthat was on the counter. I asked why it wasn?t given to me where I parked. I was told it was a mobile order on their screen.(There are various types of mobile orders - drive thru, curbside, walk in, and delivery.) I was bothered that anAfrican-American girl and her sister were waiting longer than I was, just for 2 cookies. I wonder if it was because she wasyoung, bad service, or African-American?
