Appetizers were great. Beet salad was stellar, dirty potatoes get an A+. However if you order the mussels be prepared to still... be hungry. Only five mussels in the $17 dish. Mushroom risotto was grossly under seasoned, portion size for a toddler as well.Short ribs were underwhelming, too. Service was good, wine was great, but the food left much to be desired. Read more
Best dinner we’ve had in Vermont in past 4 days! There were 3 of us, Burrata & a Pork appetizers, both excellent! Locally... made bread & cheese, delicious red pepper jelly! Dinner was pumpkin gnocchi, chicken thighs braised with white wine whitebeans, and a short rib. Each was delicious! Desserts were an apple cake and a donut…amazing. I don’t love apple cake, butit made me a convert. We’ve eaten at several great restaurants with great reviews the past 4 nights viewing fall foliage andthis is the place we will book every time!
